By engaging StageVista Entertainment, you agree to the following terms governing our entertainment program development and production support services.

Show Concept Development

Development of themed entertainment program concepts
Creation of overall show structure and stylistic direction
Preparation of ideas for individual program segments

Entertainment Script Preparation

Preparation of script plans for entertainment projects
Development of scene sequences and program blocks
Creation of written materials and host notes for events

Program Production Planning

Compilation of production schedules for entertainment programs
Planning the sequence of material preparation
Coordination of organizational stages prior to program delivery

Presentation & Rehearsal Support

Preparation of run-of-show documents
Assistance in organizing rehearsals and performance sequences
Recommendations on timing and transitions between program blocks

Scope Exclusions

Services do not include gambling, wagering, prize-based gaming, ticket resale, talent representation, broadcasting, or operation of entertainment venues.

All deliverables remain subject to client review and approval. StageVista Entertainment reserves the right to update these terms with reasonable notice.

StageVista Entertainment provides creative and organizational preparation services for entertainment programs. Due to the nature of our work, the following refund terms apply.

Service Deposits

Deposits paid to initiate show concept development or script preparation are non-refundable once creative work has commenced, as they cover the time and resources allocated to your project.

Project Cancellation

Before work begins: Full refund of any advance payment
After concept delivery: 50% refund of the remaining balance
After script or planning documents delivered: No refund applicable

Revisions & Disputes

We are committed to delivering quality results. If deliverables do not meet the agreed brief, we will revise them at no additional cost. Refund requests based on subjective creative preference are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
